Rescheduling Policy

We understand that plans change! If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours before your appointment to avoid cancellation fees and ensure we can accommodate you.

No-Show Policy

No-shows greatly impact our ability to serve others. A 100% fee of the service booked will apply to missed appointments.

Refund Policy

Due to the personalised nature of our services, we do not offer refunds. However, if you have concerns about your experience, please reach out within 7 days so we can work to make it right.

Appointment Policies

We value your time and appreciate your understanding of the following policies to ensure a seamless experience for all our clients:

• Cancellation Policy
  Life happens, and we get it! However, cancellations within 48 hours of the day of your appointment will incur a 50% fee of the service booked. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee.

• Late Arrivals
  To respect the time of all our guests, late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment to accommodate our schedule. Please arrive on time to enjoy your full experience.

Deposit Policy

A deposit may be required for certain services or new clients. Deposits are non-refundable but can be applied to a rescheduled appointment if 48 hours’ notice is given.

Health & Safety Policy

Especially important for salons:
For the safety of our clients and staff, we kindly ask that you reschedule if you are feeling unwell. We reserve the right to refuse service if health concerns are present.

Product Return Policy

For retail products sold at the salon:
Unopened retail products may be returned within 14 days of purchase with proof of receipt. Opened products are non-refundable.
